Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning and hospitality, with experience in hotel or industrial cleaning environments. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities while ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.
Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote efficiency and high-quality service.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize workflow.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the hotel or facility.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is required; hotel experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols in both hospitality and industrial settings.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: From $16.80 per hour
