This position is based in Fairmont Hot Springs, British Columbia – all properties are close to each other and within walking distance of our new, comfortable & affordable staff accommodation. Fairmont is a small town in the Columbia Valley, nestled below the towering Rocky Mountains – an outdoor enthusiast’s paradise with hiking, biking & ski trails, lakes, golf courses, and of course, hot springs right at your doorstep.
About the Role
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll assist in leading our Property Care Team and ensure our homes meet the highest cleanliness standards. You’ll be hands-on in the field—supporting the team, inspecting units, and stepping in when needed—while also managing schedules, training, and quality control. This is a great opportunity for someone with an eye for detail and a natural ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations across multiple vacation rental properties.
- Train, support, and motivate housekeeping team members.
- Conduct inspections to ensure a 5-star standard of cleanliness.
- Assist with scheduling and assigning workloads.
- Report and track maintenance issues.
- Support with hands-on cleaning when required.
- Help onboard new team members and set the tone for an upbeat, positive work culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead by example with a positive attitude and hands-on approach.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Flexible and reliable – able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be legally able to work in Canada and have a driving license
