Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in industrial cleaning, hospitality, or custodial services is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free from dust and debris.
- Replace linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and properly arranged.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness.
Experience
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, hospitality, or custodial roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
