We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens, replenish towels, and stock necessary supplies in guest rooms.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed.
- Clean bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors to maintain hygiene standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with laundry services as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
Experience
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred.
- Experience in the hospitality industry or hotel settings is a plus.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques or custodial experience is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
