Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the hotel.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning duties.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services preferred.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards within the hotel industry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service to guests.
