We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Sunny's Clydesdale Inn. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our inn, ensuring that all guest areas are welcoming and well-kept. Your contributions will directly enhance the guest experience and uphold our commitment to quality service.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms and common areas to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented for guests.
- Organize cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently for optimal workflow.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and special requests.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping or residential cleaning preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic cooking skills are an asset but not required.
