Pretty River is a retirement home located in Collingwood. The home is specifically designed for people with dementia and will focus on Resident care and services to help them live with a healthy balance of mind-body-spirit, and purpose. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and staff.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working under the supervision and guidance of the Facility Manager
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in resident rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
- Change bed linens and wash laundry according to daily wash schedule
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established health and safety protocols while performing cleaning duties.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
