Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential settings, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are clean and well-maintained.
- Organize and tidy rooms, ensuring that all items are in their designated places.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within the designated timeframe.
- Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, approachable, and responsive to client requests.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Time management skills to ensure timely completion of cleaning duties.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of responsibility.
Schedule:
We offer schedule flexibility. Pick the hours you are comfortable working. Our most common schedules are:
- Day Shifts: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Morning shifts: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Afternoon shifts: 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM
