Residential Supervisor
Overview:
Join our team as a Residential Supervisor at IOC Solutions, where you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential facilities. We are seeking a dedicated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality to ensure the highest level of service for our residents.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise residential cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness and organization within the facilities
- Pick up and transport staff and supplies from a designated pickup location to the job site and back
- Coordinate and schedule staff duties
- Ensure efficient time management to meet deadlines and maintain a high standard of service
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address any concerns or inquiries promptly
- Oversee organizational tasks related to inventory management, maintenance requests, and resident accommodations
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in hospitality or residential management is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff and residents
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or related fields is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
-Must possess a valid G license with insurance
-Must possess a reliable vehicle for transportation
-Must be comfortable transporting cleaning supplies and employees between locations
