We are seeking a full-time House Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning activities, support field staff, and maintain smooth operations on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site cleaning operations to ensure the highest service quality
- Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff during shifts
- Conduct site walkthroughs and ensure checklists are fully completed
- Manage and restock cleaning supplies and inventory
- Wash, dry, and organize cleaning cloths and mop heads as needed
- Serve as the on-site liaison for clients, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Respond to and resolve client concerns professionally and promptly
- Coordinate schedules and assist with dispatch and job logistics
- Step in to support hands-on cleaning if required
Qualifications:
- Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or operations supervision (5-7 years)
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high standards of quality control are met
- Reliable transportation to access job sites across the GTA
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Physically able to lift equipment and work on your feet for long periods
- Availability for early morning starts and occasional weekend work
