Duties
- Supervise daily hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Ensure exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a cohesive team dedicated to high-quality service.
- Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure profitability while maintaining service quality.
- Implement marketing strategies to enhance hotel visibility and attract new guests.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while ensuring the hotel meets industry standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and improve overall guest experience.
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising staff in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficient in front desk operations and phone etiquette to effectively communicate with guests.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous for enhancing guest interactions.
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to hiring, training, and employee relations in the hospitality industry.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
