Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Fairways Hotel. To be successful as a Maintenance Technician you must be honest, pleasant, and well organized. This position will involve weekend work.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Attends to all employee and guest maintenance issues
- Performs preventative maintenance on equipment
- Performs needed repairs in both guest rooms and public areas
- Experience with painting, wall papering, minor dry wall repair, wood trim repair, light bulb and filter replacement
- Maintains tools and equipment ensuring everything is in good working order
- Other duties as assigned
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- High school diploma, preferred.
- Previous Hotel experience preferred.
- Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
- Flexible working hours.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
- Physical mobility and stamina.
- Ability to follow instruction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
