Duties & Responsibilities • Clean and service assigned rooms and areas according to established standards and procedures including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash etc. • Clean all public spaces including back of the house areas as assigned • Follow all safety and security procedures and regulations • Handle and store chemicals in line with hotel regulations • Be aware of and ensure adherence to the Hotel’s policy regarding security of bedrooms and master keys • Ensure the correct handling of lost guest property in accordance with Hotel Procedures • Report all necessary maintenance issues to Maintenance Department • Deal with guest requests in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner • Work and communicate in a professional and ethical manner with colleagues assisting where necessary to develop team spirit and to achieve standards of work and guest care as required by Hotel policy • Maintain standards of punctuality, uniform and personal hygiene • Clean all public areas • Stocking amneties and linens • Clean and stock glasses • Perform additional duties as assigned or directed by management (laundry,etc.)
