Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hot Tub Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of hot tubs . The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of hot tubs, including water testing and chemical balancing.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues related to pumps, heaters, jets, and electrical components.
- Provide customers with guidance on proper hot tub care and maintenance practices.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each job.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while working on-site.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address any concerns or questions regarding their hot tub systems.
Skills
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and water chemistry related to hot tubs.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Attention to detail in both workmanship and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
- Must have a valid driver's license.

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
