Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while managing reservations and seating arrangements. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with menus
- Manage the reservation system and ensure efficient seating arrangements
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, taking reservations and providing information about the restaurant
- Assist in guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly
- Utilize POS systems
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service throughout the dining experience
