We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hospitality Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by coordinating various aspects of hospitality services. Duties
- Serve as the assistant of executive sales team, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and special occasions, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and executed.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels of manufacturing supplies and place orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to hospitality standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality window treatments and customer service roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Efficient verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CAD is a plus.
- A friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for enhancing guest experiences is essential.
- Ontario G Driving license.
