Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hood Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Skills & Responsibilities
- Experience: Previous experience in hood cleaning, commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning, or power washing is an necessity.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders, rooftops, and in confined spaces.
- Work Hours: Must be able to work late evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends as required.
- Driver’s License: Valid G-class (or equivalent) driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a 2-person crew under time-sensitive conditions.
- Attention to Detail: Must ensure equipment, ducts, and hoods are thoroughly cleaned and meet NFPA 96 fire code standards.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, dependable, and willing to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Other Requirements: Bondable, legally able to work in Canada, and comfortable working in greasy, dirty, and hot environments.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
