Duties

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage accounts, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a technical sales environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform sales strategies.
