Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with warm, pre-set appointments to assess customer needs.
- Recommend and present tailored HVAC solutions using a consultative sales approach.
- Quote the customer accurately based on their requirements and available product/financing options.
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals to clients, guiding them confidently through their purchase decisions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by closing qualified leads.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sale transitions.
- Maintain exceptional customer service, cultivating long-term relationships and referrals.
- Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and energy-efficiency rebates/incentives.

Who You Are:
- A goal-oriented, self-starter with a proven track record in sales (HVAC or home services a strong asset).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Confident conducting in-home consultations and delivering value-based proposals.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel locally and attend scheduled appointments
