Melbern Vegetation Ltd. is currently accepting applications for a reliable and detail-oriented Herbicide Applicator Assistant at the Beaverlodge, AB location.
Position starts immediately.
This role involves working closely with the Herbicide Applicator to carry out spraying activities and assist with various operational and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with herbicide spraying operations
- Help prepare and mix chemicals as directed
- Complete required paperwork and enter field data
- Read and interpret maps for site navigation
- Follow safety protocols and support a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Safety certifications: CSO, TDG, WHMIS, H2S Alive, First Aid, UTV, and Wildlife Awareness
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency
Melbern will reimburse a portion of the cost for required certification.
