Responsibilities

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining attention to detail for presentation and accuracy.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions following company policies.
- Provide recommendations on menu items based on customer preferences and dietary needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bartending experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
