The Pulse Generator Employee Fitness Centres are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness Specialist to join our team. We operate 6 Fitness Facilities in Calgary. All are located on helath care sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness and wellness, with the ability to motivate and educate clients on their health journeys. This role involves providing fitness opportunities, individual and group setting and fostering a supportive environment that encourages clients to achieve their fitness goals. A commitment to customer service, leadership and facility management is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients throughout their fitness journey.
- Lead group fitness classes or workshops as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for all clients.
- Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications.
Required:
- Strong time management skills and computer skills to manage and maintain memberships and membership queries.
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Current Fitness and Personal training certificates.
- Current/AED certifications,
- Valid Police Check
- Employment References
