Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to lead our Landscape Maintenance Division. This is a year-round, full-time position that includes responsibility for snow removal in the winter months. The successful candidate will oversee and participate in all aspects of landscape maintenance, ensuring high standards of workmanship, efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and work alongside the landscape maintenance team.
- Organize and execute seasonal property maintenance, including mowing, pruning and planting.
- Organize and execute residential snow removal jobs in the winter months.
- Communicate effectively with clients and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor job progress and report to management.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape gardening and maintenance is required.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of plants, landscaping tools, and maintenance practices.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Must live in the Bow Valley.

Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
