We are looking for passionate and talented Head Baker and Pastry Chef to join our team as we prepare to open our café!

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of baked goods including pastries, breads, cookies, and specialty items according to our recipes and standards.
- Manage daily baking schedules to ensure all products are fresh and available throughout the day.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, following food safety standards at all times.
- Monitor inventory of baking supplies and assist with ordering ingredients when needed.
- Bring creativity to seasonal offerings and new menu ideas.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth kitchen and café operation.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.
Experience & Skills:
- Previous professional baking experience is required (café, bakery, or restaurant experience preferred).
- Diploma or certification in Baking and Pastry Arts is an asset.
- Food Handler Certificate is required.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry preparation, and food safety practices.
- Ability to work early morning shifts and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Creativity, passion for baking, and a positive attitude are a must!
