***Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in DSC Neo Hardwire Alarms***
- Install, service, and program hardwired alarm systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with security systems
- Install and secure keypad panels, door/window contacts, and related components
- Perform service work following established procedures and techniques, using appropriate tools, testing equipment, and replacement parts
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to clients
What's Required:
- Proven experience with hardwired systems such as DSC, Neo, and similar platforms is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills are essential
- This role requires regular interaction with customers, so the ability to confidently communicate and effectively train end users is crucial
Must to have:
- A reliable white vehicle is required
- Must possess basic hand tools
- Criminal background check will be conducted
- Must have experience with hardwired systems such as DSC, Neo, or similar system.
