***Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in DSC Neo Hardwire Alarms***
- Install, service, and program hardwired alarm systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with security systems
- Install and secure keypad panels, door/window contacts, and related components
- Perform service work following established procedures and techniques, using appropriate tools, testing equipment, and replacement parts
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to clients
What's Required:
- Experience with hardwired systems like DSC and Neo is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
- This role involves daily interaction with customers, so you must be comfortable and effective in communicating with and training users.

- A reliable vehicle is required
- Must possess basic tools
- Subject to a criminal background check
- Must have experience with hardwired systems like DSC, Neo, and similar systems
