Reporting to the Hardware Supervisor, your ability to consistently identify customer requirements will be demonstrated through appropriate product recommendations. Must be able to lift 60lbs, and climb a 6ft ladder. This position offers competitive compensation in a friendly work environment. The Hardware Department Team Member will be responsible for:
- Displaying natural, excellence in customer service
- Stock and reposition shelves within the Hardware Department as required
- Know the store, departments, and product availability to efficiently respond to customer inquiries regardless of location within the store
- Provide insightful input to ordering based on customer demands within the Hardware Department.
