Typical Day
- You’re constently learning about the latest technologies in the ski and snowboard industry so that you can train a best-in-class team
- You assess the needs of customers’ in order to pair them with the best skis, snowboards, boots and other equipment to ensure a fantastic season.
- You'll serve as a hands-on leader of the Hardgoods team managing customer flow, complex sales, athlete needs, staff training and more.
- You’ll contribute to the overall presentation of the Hardgoods Department and the store with projects like merchandising, restocking, and cleaning.
- You'll help to ensure the expectations of needs and performance for the Hardgoods Department are met.
Ideal Candidate
- You’re on the forefront of learning about new technologies and the latest trends in skiing and snowboarding.
- You've spent years bootfitting, have managed in a ski shop before and are confident in hiring and training dynamic teams.
- You’re confident speaking to a variety of different people, both over the phone and in-store. You're confident leading by example and holding teams accountable.
- You care about your teammates and your customers. You’re always looking to listen and contribute, even when the task isn’t easy or doesn’t come naturally to you.
- Efficiency is important to you. You want things done right, but in the most efficient way possible without compromising results for your customers.
- You have a passion for skiing, snowboarding or biking.

- Ski Bootfitting: 3 years (required)
