Duties
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon environment to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable hair care products and services, effectively upselling when appropriate.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalized service.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed recommendations.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for every client.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry is essential.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, as you will be responsible for promoting products to clients.
