Key Responsibilities:
- Be the welcoming face of Royalty Crossing Mall
- Assist customers with directions, questions, and general support
- Promote mall services, programs, events and tenant business
- Support our lost & found, vending refunds, and customer service requests
- Help register shoppers for the Parenting Room (where applicable)
- Keep brochures stocked and the Guest Services area looking great
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally
- Coordinate requests for complimentary wheelchair and stroller usage
- Working closely with mall maintenance, security and marketing teams.
What You Bring:
- A joyful and outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills
- A love for helping others and solving problems
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends & holidays
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
- First Aid & CPR (a plus, but not required)
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
