Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Guest Service Agent to join our team at Sunray Hotels - Courtyard & TownePlace Suites Oshawa. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services and amenities.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions and events to assist guests with recommendations.
- Handle phone calls and reservations using hotel phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent guest experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management systems is a plus.
