Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. are looking for full-time or part-time winter seasonal Griz Kids Centre Indoor Attendants at Fernie Alpine Resort. The Griz Kids Centre offers combined indoor play and lesson packages for kids aged 3-5. Reporting to the Griz Kids Centre Supervisor, the ideal candidate will be a reliable and team player with strong customer service skills who enjoys working with kids. Experience with Kids programs and the snow sports industry is an asset. We focus on building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our staff and guests and encourage you to come “Experience the Ultimate” and be a part of our staff team.
You Will:
- Assist with daily activities and supervision of children
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all children
- Implement the planned curriculum and activities
- Provide indoor supervision of Kids – leading kids through drawing and playtime
- Support children in their social and emotional development
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress and any concerns
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure company goals are met and guest expectations are exceeded
- Maintain and contribute to the corporate values of RCR
You Have:
- Experience working with children
- Completed the 20-hour Responsible Adult Course
