Job Title: Door Host/Greeter
Location: Desi Bar & Grill
Schedule: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (6:30 PM to 12:30 AM)

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and reliable individual to join our team as a Door Host/Greeter at Desi Bar & Grill. In this role, you will be the first and last point of contact for our customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your primary responsibility will be to greet guests as they enter and exit the restaurant, assist with opening and closing the door, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a friendly smile and a warm greeting as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Open the door for guests as they enter and exit, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience.
• Show appreciation to guests as they leave by thanking them for their visit.
• Ensure that customers feel welcomed and valued by providing excellent customer service.
• Help manage the flow of customers entering and exiting, especially during peak times.
• Ensure that the entrance and surrounding areas remain clean, safe, and welcoming.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Must be able to work during the specified hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor and enthusiasm for providing great service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and open/close doors as needed.
