Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Greenhouse Worker to join our team. As a Greenhouse Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to plant care in our greenhouse facility, learn the art of bonsai, and assist with customer service in our storefront. 3 day a week to start with.

Duties:
- Assist with heavy lifting of plants, pots, and other materials as needed (50+ LBS)
- Assist with order fulfillment, such as plant production and boxing
- Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruning shears to maintain and pot plants
- Assist with planting and transplanting of plants
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the greenhouse facility
- Monitor plant growth and report any signs of disease or pest infestation
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Make deliveries to our customers across Southern Ontario
- Assist with customer care, questions, and experience in store and by phone
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- G Level Driver’s License and delivery experience is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a greenhouse or horticultural field is preferred but not required
- Customer Service/POS experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of plant care is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with hand tools used in gardening or landscaping
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions within the greenhouse environment
- Basic knowledge of computers, ie. Microsoft Suite, Google Drive, and basic functionality
