Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of Google Search campaigns – from onboarding new clients and setting up high-converting campaigns to ongoing performance optimization and reporting.
- Conduct strategic keyword research and competitor analysis to drive qualified leads for trades-based businesses in diverse geographic markets across North America.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to ensure campaigns are efficient and results-driven.
- Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance by adjusting copy, extensions, and targeting based on data insights and industry trends.
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights to clients and internal stakeholders, showing the impact of campaigns and identifying growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for digital marketing and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Search campaigns, ideally in an agency environment or across multiple client accounts in the home service/trades sector.
- Proven track record of managing $250,000+ in monthly ad spend, with a clear history of delivering measurable results (leads, ROAS, CPL improvements) across North American markets.
- Google Ads Certification(s) in Search (required), with bonus points for certifications in Measurement, Display, or Performance Max.
- Deep expertise in campaign strategy, keyword targeting, and conversion tracking, including setup and optimization via Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from performance data and clearly communicate them to internal teams and clients.
