Purpose: As a Golf Course Marshal, your main task is to ensure positive playing experiences for all guests by offering course information, answering questions about our facilities, and encouraging a reasonable pace of play.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing guest centered service
- Answering questions and providing information about course facilities and offerings
- Monitoring groups on the course and pace of play
- Clean any garbage found on the golf course during your rounds
Competencies and Requirements:
- Desire to exceed customer expectations
- Customer first services skills
- Outgoing, energetic, and enjoys a team environment
- Strong communications skills
- Positive attitude
Preferred Experience:
- Previous golf course employment
- Working a resort or customer focused setting
- Knowledge of game of golf and rules
Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 32 per week
