ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE
The Global Wholesale Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful execution of all wholesale marketing activities around the Herschel Supply brand. This position supports the business in three key areas:
- Conduit between Herschel HQ and regional EMEA and North America teams.
- Management of seasonal marketing asset deployment process for regional marketing teams, direct markets, and distributor regions.
- Seasonal Product Launch support through asset coordination and event management.
This role is part of the company's wholesale marketing team, and works closely with the Director of Marketing and regional teams, as well as internal departments such as Marketing Operations, Brand, Sales, Design, and Studio.
A DAY IN THE LIFE

On a day-to-day basis, the Global Wholesale Marketing Coordinator will:
- Support the development and execution of the Seasonal Asset Guide(s) and associated assets, coordinating with regional marketing teams, direct markets, and international distributors to ensure clarity of assets and timely delivery.
- Maintain, organize, and update the marketing asset database, including product imagery, collateral, product knowledge tools, and seasonal launch resources.
- Format and distribute the monthly Retail Marketing Newsletter to global sales reps and distributor partners, ensuring timely and relevant content.
- Maintain regular communication with global marketing teams to align on campaign timelines, regional initiatives, and asset needs.
- Manage Product Launches through global event communication, asset coordination, and cross-functional facilitation.
- Identify and brief in marketing asset deliverables via the creative request form, working with Marketing Operations and Creative teams to ensure deliverables are met.
- Track global marketing activations and build seasonal wholesale recaps in collaboration with regional hubs, consolidating retailer coverage, campaign highlights, and best practices.
ABOUT YOU
- 1+ years of experience in marketing coordination (internships included)
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and project management tools
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Passion for brand, product, and storytelling in the lifestyle, travel or fashion sectors preferred
- Experience with asset management platforms or marketing operations systems is an asset
- Exceptional organization skills, with an entrepreneurial self-starting spirit
