Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to lead a high-performing team of 2–5 professionals focused on delivering strategic data insights. This role involves developing and executing strategies that drive growth, service improvement, and customer engagement through analytics. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to address business challenges, guide end-to-end project delivery, and ensure insights are translated into actionable business outcomes. Strong client relationship management and a deep understanding of analytics tools and platforms are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals, ensuring high performance and project success.
- Develop strategies to deliver impactful insights that support business growth and service enhancement.
- Analyze complex datasets to produce detailed reports and recommendations for decision-making.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design scalable solutions that enhance customer engagement.
- Oversee quality and accuracy throughout project lifecycles and ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a strategic partner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading client-facing teams in analytics or consulting.
- Expertise in platforms such as Call Miner, Genesys, AWS, and reporting/data extraction tools.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5–9 years of relevant experience required.
- Deep industry knowledge of the telecom sector and client-specific environments.

The base salary range for this position is CAD$79,767 - 148,138 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
