Duties
- Assist in the preparation of job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools
- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate and work well in a team setting
- Previous experience in labor or construction roles is a plus but not mandatory
