General Labourer (Must Have Truck)

Overview
Ansept Construction is looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This role plays a crucial part in supporting a wide range of projects and tasks across our operations. As a Laborer, you will perform physical tasks that contribute directly to the success and efficiency of our projects. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a team, and prioritizes safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery, loading, and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance, site clean-up, and organization of work areas.
• Safely and effectively operate basic hand tools and power tools.
• Follow directions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Support skilled tradespeople with various construction or manufacturing activities.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning when needed.

Experience and Requirements

• Must own a minimum 1/2-ton truck and be willing to use it for work purposes.
• Previous experience in a physically demanding or labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to properly load, unload, and secure materials and equipment in your truck.
• Familiarity with construction or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
