The Employee is employed by the Company in the part-time position of general labourer, and shall report directly to their Crew Leader. The Employee's primary duties and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to, physical and manual labour, trade support, preparation and application of specified solutions for clients, and other duties as assigned.
The Employee shall perform these duties and responsibilities diligently, in accordance with the Company's policies, procedures, and expectations. The Company reserves the right to modify or amend the Employee's duties and responsibilities as required by the operational needs of the business.
