- Execute on-site construction tasks in accordance with a clearly defined schedule
- Work outdoors in an inspiring mountain environment with fantastic views

- Handle, transport, and load materials (ability to lift up to 50 lbs required)

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform in an outdoor, physically demanding work environment
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to an 8‑hour workday schedule
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an environment where many team members operate in Ukrainian
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and methods is a plus
