Apex Rim & Tire is Manitoba’s go-to shop for custom wheels, tires, and automotive upgrades. Based in Headingley, we pride ourselves on expert service, fast fulfillment, and a no-nonsense customer experience. We’re expanding our team with a reliable, hands-on individual ready to help in multiple areas of the business.
Role Overview
This is a dynamic general labour position involving hands-on support across:
- Sales Assistance
- Fulfillment & Shipping
- Warehouse Organization
- Automotive Service Support
You’ll work alongside our sales reps, fulfillment coordinator, and service technicians to help keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support:
- Greet walk-in customers and assist with wheel/tire selections
- Pull and stage products for review or purchase
- Support the sales team with pricing, lookups, and POS assistance
Fulfillment & Warehousing:
- Pick and pack orders for delivery or pickup
- Load/unload tire and wheel shipments
- Keep warehouse clean and organized
- Label, wrap, and store inventory correctly
Automotive Service Support:
- Assist techs with light shop work (e.g. tire changes, bay cleaning)
- Transport wheels/tires between the shop and warehouse
- Help with inspections and general shop flow
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Willing to work indoors/outdoors in a busy environment
- Strong team player with solid communication
- Automotive interest/experience is a plus but not required
- Valid Class 5 license preferred
- Transport to and from work

Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
