Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall success of our projects. Duties
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job site.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Experience
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with construction or manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- A willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
