A.O. Smith Stratford location is looking for two hard working and dedicated employees to join our evening shift. In this position, the employee will work a straight afternoon shift - Monday to Thursday from 2:45pm to 1:15am (4 x 10 hour shifts). The position is entry level role within our class 3 jobs. Responsibilities include:
· Must be willing to learn and to perform necessary operations associated with class three (3) jobs such as packaging, scrape and test, CD welder, and assembly press operation.
· Perform tasks safely and efficiently. Become a quality champion.
· Must be self-motivated to keep plant running efficiently.
· Promote and perform housekeeping.
· Abide by company rules and procedures.
· Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Skills:
· Experience in a manufacturing environment
· Welding experience is an asset
· Forklift License is an asset
· Advanced Health and Safety training is an asset
Education:
Grade 12 diploma / GED required

Pay: $23.66-$25.08 per hour
