Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support construction, maintenance, or manufacturing operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to management promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed.
- Drivers license preferred but not mandatory. Any another skills like operating equipment, driving, pipe installation a big asset.
