Responsibilities:
- Perform residential cleaning duties and general outdoor maintenance to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our short-term rental homes
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor
- General outdoor review of the property including, garbage pick-up,
Experience:
- Previous experience in cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills
- A reliable vehicle is an asset
