Job Overview
We are currently hiring a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Cleaner, with a primary focus on litter pick up. This role is essential in keeping our premises clean, safe, and welcoming for employees and visitors. The majority of the work involves outdoor litter collection, with some general cleaning duties as needed.
Duties
- Perform regular litter pick up around building exteriors, walkways, and parking lots
- Empty outdoor and indoor trash and recycling bins
- Maintain cleanliness in common and public areas
- Remove snow and ice from storefronts and walkways during winter months
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces as required
- Follow safety procedures and cleaning guidelines
- Report any damage, safety hazards, or maintenance needs to the supervisor
- Complete other cleaning tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Experience in litter pick up or general cleaning preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Physical ability to walk for extended periods and lift heavy objects if needed
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
