Overview
We are seeking 12 cleaners to clean the Canada Games Athletes Village residences to return them to a clean and presentable space for the incoming students. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free from debris.
- Clean dorm rooms, washrooms and common areas
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Experience
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred, including janitorial and custodial roles.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or industrial settings is advantageous.
