Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Provide body waxing services with attention to client comfort and safety.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in gel nail care and beauty treatments.
- Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat business and client loyalty.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Gel Nail Technician.
- Proven experience in eyelash extensions.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and body waxing methods.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Effective communication skills to clearly convey information and recommendations.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in promoting beauty products or services.
